Aqua Max boats are made from the finest quality Korean PVC made wtih 1210Dtex Fabric. Our factory makes these boats by hand with personal attention to each and every boat. We avoid any problems that may be inherent in mass made machine boats. At Aqua Max quality control is essential. As part of our quality control process we take the extra time to inflate each boat after it is made and insert the actual floor it is being shipped with. We then require the boat stay inflated at our factory long enough to determine that it is 100% ready for you. Each air valve, D Ring Seat Anchor, Plug Assembly and other attachment is tested for proper adhesion while it is inflated, as it would be used by the customer. No boat is permitted to leave our factory without this quality control inspection.
Our Hi Pressure Air Floors are rated to 10.2 PSI (although we recommend that 9.5PSI is sufficient) and are made with special integerted criss cross fibers. The below photographs show samples of the floor with a special see through edge so that you can see for yourself the advanced technology we employ in the manufactur of these advanced Hi Pressure floors. When appropriately inflated these floors will be strong and solid and provide for an incredible superuior ride. Please note that we recommend either a manual or electric hi pressure inflator as an accessory. Please call for details in the hi pressure inflators that we have available (even if they may not be listed in our accessories we usually have them in stock).
