Shipping Policy - USA SHIPPING POLICY
- All shipping quotes and any free shipping specials are only quoted within the contiguous United States, excluding Alaska and Hawai. Customer must call for shipping price to any other location. All shipments will be made from New Jersey, California or New York, USA once payment in received in full and funds are cleared.
- Products usually ship out in 1 to 2 business days after order.
- All pick up orders must be confirmed. For confirmation please call (877) 977 BOAT.
- All shipments are made via FedEx Ground with Signature Confirmation. No exception. Shipping time may take up to 7 working days.
- Express shipping services is available upon request and the cost difference is paid.
- Once order is shipped, we will provide tracking numbers by email or over the phone. Customers are responsible to contact FedEx at 1-800-Ground for status with tracking number provided.
- All credit card purchases, shipping address must match your credit card billing address.
- Listed shipping and handling quotes are for deliveries in Continental US lower 49 states only. For all other destination, please call or email us with your request.
- No deliveries to P0 Box addresses.
- Shipping and handling cost includes insurance up to the purchase value.
- If delivery package is lost or product damaged, we will replace the boat or pay to repair it and we will file a claim with FedEx to recover all losses. Other sites may make you the custoer do this, but we do not. If the box is significantly damaged plese do not accept delivery and try to take a photograph of it. However, first try to call us at the time of delivery so that we can tell you whether or not we think you should accept it. Packages are usually shipped in good condition, but plesae follow these instructions in the event the package is visibly significantly damaged.
- All FedEx Ground shipments do not guaranty a specific delivery time.
We recommend customers to follow up with FedEx local station for specific information. - Three (3) delivery attempts will be made before they are returned to the shipper.
- Customers are responsible to contact FedEx and follow up delivery schedule.
- All returned packages will be held in our warehouse until customer re-schedules shipment. All associated shipping and handling charges will be charged to customer.
- If order is cancelled after the product is shipped, shipping and handling charges will be deducted from your total refund. This deductions includes free shipping purchases.
- Free shipping applies for completed orders paid in full. For all cancelled or/and returned orders, applied shipping charges will be deducted from your total refund.
CANADA SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are shipped via Federal Express Ground and the following shipping policy applies with Federal Express Guidelines. You may call and also ask for special quotes on Federal Express Air. In order to ship to Canada you must pay duty, tax and a brokerage fee, all of which will be added to the price of the products purchased. The brokerage fee ranges between $25 and $90 dollars depending on the value of the producs purchased. Since shipping by FedEx to Canada varies depending how far are you from our warehouses, we ask that you call us with your address and area code, or email it to us together with the products you want to order and we will provide the exact shipping quote and the total price including duty, tax and brokerage fee. Our international shipping prices are very competitive and we have an active market sellig to Canada. So, we look forward to taking care of your shipping order to Canada.
Payment Policy
1. We accept all major Credit Cards, Personal Checks, Cashier’s Checks, Money Orders
2. All personal checks, cashier’s checks and Money Orders must be payable to “Aqua Max Boats, LLC”. Please allow 1 to 2 days for checks to be clear. Out of state checks may take additional days to clear.
3. For Credit Cards, shipping address must match credit card billing address.
4. All shipments are made via FedEx Ground with Signature confirmation. No Exception.
5. All shipments to New York are subject to New York Sales Tax.
6. All payments must cleared before shipments are made. No Exception.
Return Policy
1. 7 days return policy for any reason on all boats.* EXECPT CLEARANCE ITEMS*
2. All returns to be made within 7 days after the boat is delivered to the shipping address provided by us. Warehouse restocking fees apply.
3. Customers must contact Aqua Max and notify us before returning the boat so that we may give instructions as to where the boat or product must be returned to.
4. All returns must be in new condition.
5. We reserve the right to charge a re packing fee of $25.00 if the boat needs to be re packed properly for resale. Please unpack and pack carefully to fit in original box.
6. All refunds will be issued within 7 days after the return product is received and inspected.
7. Return shipping must be paid by the sender unless the return if being made because of defect that could not be corrected and requires the product be returned.
8. We reserve the right to deduct the difference between what Aqua Max paid for shipping and what Aqua Max charged, if in fact Aqua Max charged the customer less for shipping tha it actually cost. We will deduct the cost of any actual shipping cost for items that were sold with Free shipping.
9. All missing parts or accessories will be charged at retail price and will be deducted from your refund check.
10. All refunds will be refunded with company check regardless of the payment method received.
